Refund policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the original sales receipt and ALMARWAN-branded packaging are presented.
Exchange coordination is available through email at info@almarwanfabrics.com or by phone at 0538886510, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Sat - Thr).
In cases where the product price has been revised or discounted due to a promotional offer, the exchange will be processed according to the updated price.
Products that have been used, mishandled are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds are not offered on any purchases; all sales are considered final.
Claims regarding damaged items must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
For online orders, damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for claim review and exchange processing.
All accessories are strictly non-exchangeable.
Exchanges are not available during sale or promotional periods, and items purchased under promotions are non-exchangeable
